Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
